One honest Tuscan menu each day — grown on our estate, cooked the same morning, and served al fresco over the hills. Now open to neighbours and travellers, not only house guests.

Our farm & kitchen

From our land to your table

Almost everything on the table is born here on the tenuta — vegetables from the kitchen garden, eggs, our own extra-virgin olive oil, wine from the vines you can see from your seat. What we don’t grow ourselves comes from farmers and producers a few kilometres down the road.

There is no long list to choose from. Each day the kitchen cooks a single fixed menu, decided by the morning’s harvest and the season — antipasto, primo, secondo and dolce, simply what we are eating today.

Tables are set al fresco on the terrace, with the vineyards and olive groves of the Valdelsa rolling away below you — the same landscape that fills the plates.
